3月18日金融一线消息，邮储银行今日发布公告称，经中国证券监督管理委员会（以下简称中国证监会）《关于核准中国邮政储蓄银行股份有限公司非公开发行股票的批复》（证监许可〔2021〕751 号）核准，邮储银行向该行控股股东中国邮政集团有限公司（以下简称邮政集团）非公开发行 5，405，405，405 股 A 股普通股股票（以下简称本次非公开发行）。

　　本次非公开发行完成后，邮储银行的股本总数增至 92，383，967，605股。本次非公开发行股份已于 2021 年 3 月 25 日在中国证券登记结算有限责任公司上海分公司办理完毕登记、托管及限售手续，锁定期为五年，将于 2026 年 3 月 25 日锁定期届满并全部解禁上市流通。
