智通财经APP讯，集一控股(01495)发布公告，自2026年3月20日起，杨辉先生已辞任公司执行董事;张楚文女士、魏志航先生及迟世敏先生已辞任公司独立非执行董事，以投入更多时间于彼等各自的其他业务。
自同日起，(i)张楚文女士亦不再担任公司薪酬委员会主席以及审核委员会及提名委员会成员;(ii)迟世敏先生亦不再担任审核委员会主席以及薪酬委员会及提名委员会成员;(iii)魏志航先生亦不再担任提名委员会主席以及薪酬委员会及审核委员会成员。
自2026年3月20日起，黄智江先生不再担任：(i)公司的公司秘书;(ii)根据上市规则第3.05条规定的公司授权代表(上市规则项下的授权代表);(iii)根据香港法例第622章《公司条例》第16部规定于香港代表公司接受送达法律程序文件及通知的授权代表(公司条例项下的授权代表)，以投入更多时间于其其他业务。
