消息面上，英国政府宣布4月1日起取消33项风电组件进口关税，叶片、电缆等核心部件税率由 6%、2%降至 0。此外，十五五规划明确提出在渤海、黄海、东海、南海海域建设海上风电基地，规范有序推进深远海上风电开发，海上风电累计并网装机规模达到1亿千瓦以上。
兴业证券指出，欧洲海风供应链瓶颈持续凸显，国内海风龙头凭借稳定交付能力与成本优势加速出海。2026年风机价格有望小幅修复，国内外需求共振，“海风 + 海外” 双海战略打开成长空间，行业高景气确定性强。
