公告称，经营溢利上升21.8%，反映本集团持续严谨的成本管理及项目执行能力的提升。投资物业的公平值亏损及额外税项拨备对业绩构成压力，导致股东应占溢利按年下跌。维持零负债状况，并录得超过3.45亿港元的强劲现金结余。尽管除税后溢利下跌36.6%，本集团录得3,640万港元的强劲经营现金流入，支持全年股息仅减少9.1%至每股10港仙，彰显本集团致力维持股东回报的承诺。
