鉴于此，中国人民银行赣州市分行决定对其予以警告，并处罚款人民币110.065万元。此处罚决定于2026年3月9日作出，处罚执行期限为2026年3月13日至2031年3月12日。

其次，钟某作为江西安远农村商业银行股份有限公司浮槎支行相关人员，处罚文号为虔银罚决字〔2026〕2号。钟某对江西安远农村商业银行股份有限公司违反信用信息采集、提供、查询及相关管理规定的违法行为负有责任。

中国人民银行赣州市分行决定对钟某处罚款人民币4万元，处罚决定同样于2026年3月9日作出，执行期限为2026年3月13日至2031年3月12日。
