智通财经APP讯，北京汽车(01958)发布公告，由于工作变动，(i)王昊先生将不再担任董事长、执行董事、董事会战略与可持续发展委员会主任及董事会提名委员会主任;(ii)朱雁女士将不再担任执行董事及战略与可持续发展委员会成员;及(iii)孙力先生将不再担任非执行董事及战略与可持续发展委员会成员。上述变动均自新董事委任获批准之日起生效。
董事会建议委任：(i)张国富先生为非执行董事。如股东会批准张国富先生任非执行董事，则进一步提议提名张国富先生任董事长;(ii)郑明英女士为执行董事;及(iii)周建裕先生为非执行董事。全部任期自股东会批准之日起至第五届董事会任期届满为止。
