根据文件，符合条件的参与者可在由存管信托与清算公司（DTCC 旗下机构）运营的试点中，选择以代币化形式完成股票结算。同时，这些代币化股票将与传统股票共享同一订单簿及撮合优先级，并需为投资者提供相同的股东权利。此次试点允许市场参与者在不改变交易结构的前提下，探索链上结算的可行性，是将传统证券市场基础设施逐步引入区块链的重要一步。在 SEC 主席 Paul Atkins 领导下，监管机构正加快推进与加密相关的规则制定，包括探索“创新豁免”等机制。不过，SEC 仍强调，代币化证券依然需要遵守现有证券法律框架。整体来看，该试点进一步验证了代币化股票在主流交易所落地的可能性，也为未来更广泛的链上证券交易铺路。
