智通财经APP讯，三一国际(00631)发布公告，该期间之未经审核年度净利润预期介乎人民币16亿元至人民币18.5亿元，相较2024年年度增加49.8%至73.2%。该预期增加主要归因于以下原因：
本集团若干资产减值亏损显著减少：于截至2024年12月31日止年度，(i)本集团油气装备业务录得商誉减值亏损约人民币4.7亿元;及(ii)本集团待售物业减值亏损约人民币2.78亿元。于截至2025年12月31日止年度，本集团录得商誉减值亏损约人民币7210万元，且待售物业无进一步减值亏损。
本集团深入实施全球化、数智化及低碳化战略，使得本集团大港机、动力电池的收入，及矿车海外收入持续增加;及
于2024年7月22日，本集团完成收购锂能业务，该收购带来新的收入来源。
