智通财经APP讯，宝光实业(00084)发布公告，于2026年3月17日，本公司若干全资附属公司(各自作为租户/获许可人)与明华及 Active Lights(各自作为业主/许可人)订立租赁/许可使用协议，以租赁/许可使用若干办公室物业、储物室、车位及仓库，自2026年4月1日起至2027年3月31日届满，为期一年。
明华为由Chumphol Kanjanapas先生(又名黄创增先生)间接持有30%控制权的公司(按上市规则第 14A.06条定义)。Active Lights为义兴的全资附属公司，而义兴由信托(黄创增先生为信托的受益人)持有55%。
公告称，本集团一直使用宝光商业中心的办公室物业及储物室以及九龙湾楼宇的仓库，主要用于办公、行政及储存用途。为避免本集团的业务因搬迁而可能受到的影响，本集团拟于现有租赁/许可使用协议届满后继续租赁/获许可使用有关办公室物业、储物室、车位及仓库。
董事认为，只要相关租金/许可费及其他条款符合一般商业条款或对本集团有利及本集团可避免产生搬迁及装修费用，本集团继续使用有关物业符合本公司及股东的整体利益。
