智通财经APP讯，万城控股(02892)发布公告，于2025年财政年度，本集团预期其除税后亏损将人民币2000万元至人民币2900万元(截至2024年12月31日止年度(2024年财政年度)：人民币1.435亿元);及本公司权益股东应占亏损人民币1500万元至人民币2100万元(2024年财政年度：人民币1.138亿元)。
于2024年财政年度，本公司确认本公司联营公司的其他应收款项减值亏损;及就本公司联营公司的应计利息作出计提。本公司于2025年财政年度并未确认该减值亏损或作出有关计提。此外，于2025年财政年度，本集团取得附属公司及联营公司的存货减值金额，及行政开支及税项，较2024财政年度均大幅减少;及拨回以前财政年度计提的超额税项拨备。因此，本公司预期，于2025年财政年度除税后亏损及本公司权益股东应占亏损将取得大幅减少。
