James Hardie Industries (ASX:JHX) named David Hill, its Vice President of finance integration and transformation, to succeed David Wisniewski as its Chief Accounting Officer, effective Tuesday, according to a same-day Australian bourse filing.
Wisniewski is expected to remain with the firm in an advisory role for a period of time.
