智通财经APP讯，华夏控股(01981)发布公告，预期集团截至2025年12月31日止年度的综合利润将取得超过人民币3亿元，较截至2024年12月31日止年度的人民币1.17亿元大幅增加。
集团于报告期间的综合利润取得显著增长，主要归因于：传媒及艺术高等教育业务的本科新生学费上调，以及本科学生人数增加，带动核心业务收益及毛利提升;影视制作业务的主要贸易应收款项，以及计入传媒及艺术高等教育业务的其他应收款项，于报告期间无需计提额外减值。
集团现正积极开拓新业务，包括知识付费与垂直电商，以及人工智能教授与人工智能艺术课程，以构建产教融合生态系统，有望为集团未来带来新的增长动力。
