Hazer Group Enters Into MOU, Graphite Offtake With Western Australia Firm; Shares Up 5%

Hazer Group (ASX:HZR) entered into a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MOU) and graphite offtake terms with Green Steel of WA Collie, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company will supply graphite from future facilities to be used in the proposed Collie Steel Mill's electric arc furnace, with the total contract volume of up to 85,000 tonnes across 10 years, the filing said.
The supply will start in 2030, per the filing.
Hazer Group shares rose 5% in morning trade on Thursday.
