智通财经APP讯，承达集团(01568)发布截至2025年12月31日止年度业绩，收益51.36亿港元，同比下降14.4%;公司拥有人应占利润2.67亿港元，同比下降16.7%;每股基本盈利12.38港仙，拟派末期股息每股5港仙。
年内，室内装潢业务仍为集团收益及利润的主要来源。年内，集团完成合共106个室内装潢项目，包括中国香港19个、中国澳门9个、新加坡1个及中国内地77个。该等项目的总合约金额为54.914亿港元，其中16.871亿港元于年内确认为收益。于2025年12月31日，计及在建合约及已签订但尚未开始的合约，集团手头有167个项目，包括中国香港30个、中国澳门6个、新加坡5个及中国内地126个。该等项目于2025年12月31日的总合约金额及余下工程价值分别为131.172亿港元及67.782亿港元。
