住宿行业指标方面，2025年第四季度，亚朵集团的RevPAR(平均可出租客房收入)为335.7元，同比减少0.36%；ADR(日均房价)为426.4元，同比增长1.48%；入住率为76.1%，同比减少0.9个百分点。
全年来看，亚朵集团2025年录得收入约97.9亿元，同比增长35.1%；净利润约16.21亿元，同比增长27.4%；调整后净利润约17.53亿元，同比增长34.2%；经调整EBITDA约24.81亿元，同比增长40%。
