智通财经APP讯，路劲(01098)发布公告，预期截至2025年12月31日止年度(年内)，集团取得年内亏损约为52亿港元至55亿港元，而本公司拥有人应占亏损则约为58亿港元至61亿港元(2024年年度:集团亏损为33.08亿港元，而本公司拥有人应占亏损为41.22亿港元)。公司于年内取得此亏损，主要由于受房地产市场持续低迷及行业经营环境严峻所影响，导致中国内地及香港元的房地产项目利润率下滑和物业与相关资产减值拨备增加。年内亏损较去年增加主要因集团于2024年出售全部中国内地公路业务权益而确认出售税后净收益14.90亿港元(本公司拥有人应占约为11.18亿港元)，从而抵销2024年部分营运亏损。
