ChainCatcher 消息，OpenSea 首席执行官 Devin Finzer 发文表示，“关于 SEA 的最新更新：团队一直在全速推进开发，原计划在 3 月 30 日活动中启动第一步，但 OpenSea 基金会决定推迟时间表。现实情况是，目前整个加密市场环境都较为艰难，而 SEA 只会发行一次。我们可以强行按照原计划发布，也可以确保所有环节准备充分，让这次发布配得上社区的期待。将采取以下措施：

不再进行新的奖励波次，当前的奖励波次将是最后一轮。可选择退还平台手续费：鉴于我们最初承诺在 Q1 发布，我们将为参与奖励波次 3–6 的用户提供平台手续费退款（仅限我们收取的部分）。如果选择退款，相应期间获得的 Treasures 奖励将从账户中移除。若领取退款并结合 Treasure Chest 奖励，基本相当于这段时间的交易费用由我们承担。具体流程将随后公布。

现有 Treasures 仍然有效：如果用户继续持有 Treasures，基金会此前的承诺仍然有效：在 TGE 时将被重要参考。这与历史活动的代币分配是独立的。从 3 月 31 日起，OpenSea 将把平台代币交易手续费降至 0%，持续 60 天。60 天后，我们将推出新的费用体系，使长期交易用户的费用更具竞争力。去年我们过早宣布计划，导致市场出现不必要的不确定性。因此当基金会公布新的时间表时，将会更明确、更慎重。”
