Leonardo于 7 月同意收购依维柯防务业务，包括其 IDV 和 Astra 品牌

　　欧盟已批准意大利防务与航空航天集团Leonardo以17 亿欧元（约 19.6 亿美元）收购依维柯集团防务业务的交易。

　　欧盟委员会表示，该交易对相关企业所在市场的竞争影响有限，不会引发竞争担忧。调查主要聚焦于这笔交易对意大利市场的影响。

　　欧委会在周二的一份声明中表示：

　　“此次批准是委员会快速审批相关交易的又一例证，该交易支持欧盟防务行业发展，同时不会损害欧洲市场竞争。”

　　Leonardo在去年 7 月达成协议，收购依维柯集团的防务业务，其中包括IDV和Astra品牌。这两个品牌设计并生产履带式、轮式军用车辆及卡车，产品销往欧洲经济区、巴西和美国。

　　两家公司于今年 2 月将该交易上报欧盟并购监管机构进行审查。

　　欧盟委员会指出，Leonardo在意大利境内并不向 IDV 和 Astra 供应子系统，且其竞争对手在意大利以外市场仍可通过其他渠道销售自身军用系统。
