AI Demand, Groq Deal in Focus at Nvidia's 2026 GTC -- Market Talk

Mar 17

1312 ET - At Nvidia's 2026 GTC conference, investors will be watching for CEO Jensen Huang to give updates on overall artificial-intelligence demand for the company's GPUs, as well as commentary on supply chains and the timing of Vera Rubin architecture shipments, Wedbush analysts write in a note. They expect Huang to give a sunny outlook for enterprise AI demand and the overall AI industry, adding that they expect a pipeline opportunity well above Nvidia's $500 billion target for its Grace Blackwell and Vera Rubin chips in 2026. Nvidia's licensing deal with Groq around AI inference-chip technology will also likely be a key focus, the analysts write. Nvidia is up 2.5% ahead of Huang's keynote. (elias.schisgall@wsj.com)
