智通财经APP讯，华富建业金融(00952)发布截至2025年12月31日止年度业绩，该集团取得收入总额2.06亿港元，同比减少50.11%;公司权益持有人应占亏损净额2.37亿港元，同比增加222.6%;每股亏损3.9港仙。
公告称，收入减少主要由于投资亏损净额1.07亿港元(2024年：收益净额1.19亿港元)。倘剔除作为收入一部分记账的投资亏损/收益净额，经调整后收入上升至3.13亿港元(2024年：2.95亿港元)，按年增加6%。本集团的核心经营业务收入为2.49亿港元(2024年：2.30亿港元)，按年增加8%。该增幅主要由于经纪业务佣金及费用收入增加，以及成功推行外部资产管理(外部资产管理)业务所致。
