　　中国海外宏洋集团发布年度业绩，期内，公司实现营业收入368.74亿元，同比下跌19.7%；公司实现毛利32.01亿元，毛利率8.7%；本公司拥有人应占溢利为3.05亿元，同比下跌68.1%。2025年，公司基本达成年初设定的销售目标。

　　花旗发表研究报告指，中海宏洋作为中型房企，正聚焦提升核心城市的市占率，目标由现时8%提升至10%。公司目前已在7个城市成为销售冠军，在21个城市跻身前三名。该行指出，中海宏洋2022年后新增项目的销售毛利率达19%，高于2025年入账毛利率的8.7%%。另外，公司去年积极买地，内部回报率（IRR）达120%，资产周转速度快。
