ChainCatcher 消息，以太坊基金会研究员 ladislaus.eth 披露，以太坊核心开发者会议（AllCoreDevs）计划于本周四就是否将 EIP-8141 纳入 Hegota 升级作出决定。
EIP-8141 的核心在于将账户与固定签名方案解耦，为迁移至后量子安全签名方案提供原生路径。ladislaus.eth 指出，若共识层（leanCL）已具备后量子安全性，而执行层的用户交易仍依赖存在量子漏洞的 ECDSA 签名，则整体迁移并不完整，两层均需具备后量子就绪能力。
此外，EIP-8141 还将账户抽象作为协议原生特性加以支持，并支持可编程 Gas 支付（包括以 ERC-20 代币支付及交易赞助）。以太坊联合创始人 Vitalik Buterin 对此补充称，EIP-8141 同样将使隐私协议获得更好的原生支持，并将其与 EVM 的通用可编程性类比——该提案将可编程性引入此前仅硬编码 ECDSA 的验证阶段。
