3月13日，内蒙古自治区锡林郭勒盟行政公署印发《锡林郭勒盟人工智能赋能高质量发展实施方案（2026—2028年）》（以下简称《方案》），锡林郭勒盟气象局“人工智能气象智慧服务项目”纳入其中。
《方案》明确气象部门在人工智能、安全监管、生态治理等方面承担重要任务，全面参与风险预警、智能防控、灾害应对等工作，以气象数字化、智能化助力社会治理现代化。
根据《方案》，人工智能气象智慧服务项目聚焦气象智能预警与安全监管，主要包括三方面建设内容：建设智能观测与精细化预报支撑体系，升级天地空一体化智能协同观测网络，建设高质量气象数据集；建设“沙戈荒”风电智慧服务系统，研发基于物理知识与机器学习融合模型的风能数值预报系统，集成多尺度尾流与大气环境效应算法，提供风电场全链条气象保障；建设草原畜牧业与生态气象智能体，构建干旱和降雪的逐日灾情评估模型，为牛羊政策性保险理赔提供自动化、标准化支撑。
