南财智讯3月23日电，正道集团（01188.HK）公告，公司股份自2025年4月1日上午9时起于香港联合交易所暂停买卖，买卖将继续暂停，以待达成联交所发出的复牌指引。此外，公司预计截至2025年12月31日止年度将录得净溢利不少于3000万港元，而2024年同期为净亏损约1400万港元；盈利转正主要由于车载电池及备品备件业务收入回升、行政开支减少及处置附属公司收益。该业绩预告基于未经审核管理账目及现时可得资料初步评估，最终数据以公司预计于2026年3月27日刊发的年度业绩公告为准。
