陈正先生(陈先生)已获委任为独立非执行董事，以及审核委员会、薪酬委员会及提名委员会各自的成员，自2026年3月24日起生效。委任陈先生为独立非执行董事后，并自2026年3月24日起，陈先生已获委任为审核委员会、薪酬委员会及提名委员会各自的成员。
