于回顾年度，股东应占亏损净额同比减少主要由于(其中包括)下列若干因素，包括：(i)拨回应收保证金贷款及应收贷款的减值拨备总计约1370万港元，而上一年度则取得减值拨备约1250万港元;(ii)分类为持作买卖上市证券投资的公平值变动的转变，由上一年度的未变现亏损约300万港元转为于回顾年度的未变现收益约500万港元。该等正面变化已因来自证券经纪及资产管理分部的收入减少(由于经济环境充满挑战所致)而被部分抵销。
