3月24日金融一线消息，邮储银行公告指出，2021年3月，该行在全国银行间债券市场发行了规模为人民币300亿元的减记型无固定期限资本债券（第一期）（以下简称本期债券），并于2021年3月23日发布了《中国邮政储蓄银行股份有限公司关于2021年无固定期限资本债券（第一期）发行完毕的公告》。
根据本期债券募集说明书相关条款的规定，本期债券设有发行人有条件赎回条款，该行有权在本期债券第5个计息年度的付息日（即2026年3月23日），全部或部分赎回本期债券。近期该行已取得国家金融监督管理总局出具的对赎回本期债券无异议的复函。
截至本公告日，该行已行使赎回权，全额赎回本期债券。
