Vertical Aerospace (EVTL) said Tuesday intends to expand its footprint at England's Cotswold Airport following the signing of a letter of intern.
Financial terms of the letter of intent were not disclosed.
The company anticipates the facility to deliver production of over 25 Valo aircraft per year, it said.
