IT之家 3 月 24 日消息，重庆蓝电汽车科技有限公司 3 月 20 日发生工商变更，重庆青凤科技发展有限公司、重庆园投仓储服务有限公司退出股东行列，同时赛力斯持股比例由 35% 上升至 100%。
重庆蓝电汽车科技有限公司成立于 2025 年 9 月，注册资本 5 亿元，经营范围包含：汽车销售；新能源汽车整车销售；汽车零部件研发；汽车零部件及配件制造等。
IT之家查询公开资料获悉，蓝电汽车是赛力斯集团旗下智能电动汽车品牌，拥有蓝电 E5 PLUS、蓝电 E5、蓝电 E3 等车型。
伴随股权结构变化，重庆蓝电汽车科技有限公司治理层也随之调整。原股东方代表罗会永、余芳均已卸任董事职务。调整后，蓝电科技的核心管理团队由张正源、梁其军、陈业君三人组成。
其中，张正源继续担任董事长、经理及法定代表人，他现任赛力斯集团董事，并曾执掌东风小康及赛力斯汽车的销售业务。梁其军目前担任赛力斯蓝电汽车 BU 总裁，并兼任重庆赛力斯蓝电汽车有限公司等多家关联企业法定代表人。陈业君则在赛力斯体系内的动力板块担任监事会主席等要职。
