Equinix (EQIX) said Tuesday it has made a series of investments to address a talent shortage in the digital infrastructure industry.
Financial details of the investments were not disclosed.
The company said its recruitment strategy is intended to increase access to technical careers related to and data center buildout. It also said a main aspect of its workforce investments involve the launch of Pathways to Tech, a career talent program in data center operations for students aged 14 to 18.
