智通财经APP讯，现代牧业(01117)发布公告，董事会欣然宣布，本公司的非全资附属公司现代牧业(集团)有限公司(发行人或现代牧业)获中国银行间市场交易商协会批准在中华人民共和国(中国)境内以年利率2.50%发行本金额为人民币5亿元的境内永续中期票据(中期票据)，期限为2+N年(指初始年期为两年，此后除非被发行人赎回，否则将永久有效)。
中期票据已向中国合资格境内机构投资者发行。招商银行股份有限公司(China Merchants Bank Co., Ltd.)及平安银行股份有限公司(Ping An Bank Co., Ltd.)分别为发行中期票据的主承销商及联席主承销商。发行人获中诚信国际信用评级有限责任公司(Zhongchengxin International Credit Rating Co., Ltd.)评级为AA+级。所得款项将被用作偿还绿色产业项目运营所产生的应付票据。
