智通财经APP讯，神州控股(00861)发布公告，本集团预期截至2025年12月31日止年度归属于本公司股东权益的利润将扭亏为盈，利润在人民币2000万元至人民币4000万元之间(截至2024年12月31日止年度：亏损约为人民币2.54亿元)。
根据本公司目前可获得的相关资料，本集团预期的利润增长主要是由于:
(1)于2024年，本集团实现营业收入人民币166.57亿元，2025年本集团预期由于业务量增加，将带来收入的显著增长;及
(2)于2024年，因本集团所投资的附属公司由于表现不如预期，对其投资所形成的商誉计提了人民币3.65 亿元减值，于2025年减值亏损预期会大幅下降。
