智通财经APP讯，MATRIX HOLDINGS(01005)发布公告，根据本集团截至2025年12月31日止年度未经审核综合管理账目的初步审阅及董事会目前可得资料，预计本集团在2025年度拥有人应占亏损将录得约1.5亿港元至1.9亿港元，而截至2024年12月31日止年度则录得约2.99亿港元亏损。
根据目前可得的资料，2025年度的预期亏损减少主要归因于实施成本控制措施，令至行政及分销开支减少。这些措施显示本集团持续检讨及简化其成本架构，以提升营运之资本效率。此外，本集团录得与2024年度确认之重大减值亏损相比，物业、厂房及设备及无形资产之减值亏损减少。2025年度录得的税项开支亦较2024年度减少。
