格隆汇3月23日丨培力农本方(01498.HK)公告，于2026年2月26日，公司与可换股债券认购人Protoss Global Opportunities Fund订立可换股债券认购协议，据此，可换股债券认购人已有条件同意认购而公司已有条件同意发行本金额为2000万港元的可换股债券，可按每股转换股份0.49港元的换股价转换为转换股份，每股转换股份0.49港元的换股价较联交所所报的收市价每股0.335港元溢价约46.27%。 董事会宣布，可换股债券认购协议项下之所有条件均已达成。可换股债券认购协议已于2026年3月23日完成，根据其条款及条件，本金总额为2000万港元的可换股债券已发行予认购人。
