智通财经APP讯，NANYANG HOLD(00212)发布2025年度末期业绩，该集团取得收入与其他收益2.53亿港元，同比增长26.77%;股权持有人应占亏损4998万港元，同比收窄65.93%;每股亏损1.47港元。拟派发末期股息每股港币0.70元及特别股息每股港币0.60元。
公告称，于2025年12月31日公司并无银行借款(2024年：无)。本年度业绩包括上海商业储蓄银行股份有限公司就其2024年盈利派发的股息收入约港币7220万元(已扣除21%预扣税)、按公平值透过损益记账的金融资产的投资收益港币510万元与按公平值透过损益记账的金融资产的已变现及未变现收益净额约港币8410万元，还包括投资物业(包括一间合营企业所拥有)公平值的变动所产生之非现金及未变现亏损净额港币2.628亿元(2024年：亏损港币2.769亿元)。
