智通财经APP讯，黎氏企业(02266)公布，相比于2024 年度的股东应占经审核综合溢利约澳门币2410万元，预期该集团2025年将取得股东应占综合溢利澳门币700万元至澳门币900万元。
董事会认为，2025年度综合溢利大幅减少，主要由于(1)当与2024年度相比，由于市场需求较弱，导致收益及毛利率有所下降。其导致2025年度的毛利较2024年度减少澳门币650万元;(2)预期信贷亏损拨备拨回由2024年度约澳门币330万元减少至2025年度约澳门币30万元;(3) 2025年度的投资物业估值亏损约为澳门币360万元，而2024年度则为亏损约澳门币230万元;及(4)由于积极参与不同投标项目而增加人手。且又发放员工激励奖金，导致员工开支增加澳门币240万元。
