智通财经APP讯，训修实业(01962)发布公告，冼汉廸先生已表示，彼不会于股东周年大会上寻求重选连任及将退任独立非执行董事、审核委员会主席以及薪酬委员会及提名委员会的成员，自股东周年大会结束起生效;
司徒毓廷先生已表示，彼不会于股东周年大会上寻求重选连任及将退任独立非执行董事、薪酬委员会主席以及审核委员会及提名委员会的成员，自股东周年大会结束起生效;
于考虑提名委员会的推荐建议后，董事会建议分别委任蒋旭熙先生及郑文德先生为独立非执行董事。蒋旭熙先生及郑文德先生的建议委任须经股东于股东周年大会上以普通决议案方式批准，且一经批准，将自股东周年大会结束起生效;
待冼汉廸先生及司徒毓廷先生退任后及于股东周年大会上获股东批准分别委任蒋旭熙先生及郑文德先生为独立非执行董事后：(a)蒋旭熙先生将获委任为审核委员会主席以及薪酬委员会及提名委员会的成员;(b)郑文德先生将获委任为薪酬委员会主席以及审核委员会及提名委员会的成员。
