3月22日，四环医药（00460）发布公告，本公司旗下非全资附属公司轩竹生物科技股份有限公司的创新药安奈拉唑钠肠溶片（商品名：安久卫®）用于治疗成人反流性食管炎的中国III期临床试验已顺利完成全部500名受试者入组。该试验是一项多中心、随机、双盲双模拟、阳性药物平行对照的关键性研究，旨在评估安奈拉唑钠肠溶片治疗中国成年反流性食管炎受试者的有效性和安全性。
安奈拉唑钠肠溶片于2023年6月获得中国国家药品监督管理局批准上市，用于患者治疗十二指肠溃疡。该药物具有创新的结构设计，并且合并用药的风险较小，是更适合中国人的质子泵抑制剂。此次III期临床研究于2025年7月全面展开，近期完成受试者入组，标志着本公司在创新药物研发方面取得了重要进展。
