乐舒适2025年经调整净利润1.22亿美元 同比增长24.4%

　　3月20日，乐舒适（02698）发布截至2025年12月31日止年度的全年业绩公告。公司总收入由2024年的4.54亿美元增长至2025年的5.67亿美元，增幅为24.9%。毛利也相应增长，从1.6亿美元增至2.04亿美元，增幅为27.1%。年度利润从2024年的9511万美元增至1.21亿美元，增幅为27.4%。经调整净利润（非国际财务报告准则计量）也实现了24.4%的增长，达到1.22亿美元。

　　在财务回顾中，公司的销售成本从2.94亿美元上升至3.64亿美元，主要与收入增长相匹配。毛利率由35.2%提升至35.9%，受益于销售价格的提高及生产效率的提升。外汇收益由2024年的256万美元转为2025年的540万美元，反映出汇率变化对公司财务的正面影响。此外，公司的流动资产大幅增加，现金及现金等价物从1.76亿美元增长至4.45亿美元，显示出良好的资金流动性。

　　在管理层讨论与分析中，公司提到已在非洲、拉丁美洲和中亚等新兴市场扩展业务，积极推进本地化生产和全球化供应链策略，以适应市场需求。业务分部方面，婴儿护理产品依然是主要收入来源，销售额占总收入的78.6%，而女性护理和家庭护理产品的销售也有显著增长，分别占总收入的17.5%和3.9%。整体来看，公司的业务模式和市场拓展策略为未来持续增长奠定了基础。
