2026 年 3 月 20 日，大关县人民医院发布《大关县域医共体信息化建设项目》招标公告，预算 2833.91 万元。

采购需求：

（1）硬件支撑系统：超融合云平台、交换机、灾备一体机、防火墙、日志审计、数据库审计、运维审计、漏洞扫描、医共体 VPN、智慧屏等； 

（2）基础环境集成实施服务：按照现有机房环境，完成机房网络覆盖环境勘测、提供网络覆盖场所中的综合布线服务、安全防护，确认机房环境达到三级等保要求。 

（3）网络接入服务：构建以县级总医院为核心、乡镇卫生院为汇聚、村卫生室为接入的三级分层网络结构，实现全域医疗机构互联互通、统一接入、统一管理。链路具备低时延、高并发、大吞吐能力，满足医共体项目中的网络传输使用。乡镇级汇聚需提供备用网络接入。 

（4）软件系统：医共体资源信息中心、医共体信息集成平台、资源共享中心、服务协同中心、信息共享中心、互联网 + 应用中心、运营管理中心、智能应用中心、综合监管中心、基层医疗机构信息化等。
