智通财经APP讯，祈福生活服务(03686)发布公告，于2026年3月23日，集团通过动用未分配黄金出售事项所得款项(约为人民币2730万元)及其内部资源(约为人民币1070万元)，透过该银行下达指令购买约80,300安士已分配银条(第二次白银投资，连同第一次白银投资统称“白银投资”)，对价约为4320万港元(即人民币3800万元)，而有关指令已于同日进行配对。第二次白银投资预期将于2026年3月25日完成，而上述对价预期将由集团于结算时以现金支付。
