在今天（22日）举行的中国发展高层论坛2026年年会上，中国人民银行行长潘功胜表示，将加大金融支持中国经济结构转型的力度。

　　潘功胜表示，将继续实施适度宽松的货币政策。当前，中国的社会融资条件处于宽松状态，金融总量合理增长。将综合运用存款准备金率、政策利率、公开市场操作等多种货币政策工具，保持流动性充裕。

　　他介绍，按照国际货币基金组织的分类标准，中国实行有管理的浮动汇率制度，今年以来大概三个月的时间了，人民币兑美元汇率升值约1.3%，兑欧元升值3.7%，兑日元升值3.2%，兑英镑升值2.4%。中国没有必要也无意通过汇率贬值获取贸易的竞争优势。

　　潘功胜进一步表示，中国人民银行将稳步推动金融业的高水平开放，深化金融市场的互联互通、支付系统的跨境互联，便利更多投资者投资中国金融市场。
