花旗发布研报称，光大环境年纯利同比升16.2%至39.25亿元，其中下半年纯利同比升86.1%至17.18亿元，全年利润高于市场预期10%，主要是财务成本及减值损失均低于预期。该行认为，光大环境自由现金流强劲，可以支撑股息持续稳定增长。
美银证券则表示，预期公司2026至2028年的自由现金流将维持约90亿元高水平，低资本开支将成为新常态，扣除融资成本后，自由现金流收益率达20%。在每股盈利增长及强劲自由现金流支持下，该行预期股息将持续上升，管理层亦重申对股东回报的承诺。而建议发行A股上市可能带来估值重估。
