智通财经APP讯，利福中国(02136)发布截至2025年12月31日止年度业绩，该集团取得收入12.11亿元(人民币，下同)，同比减少3.35%;股东应占亏损3113.1万元，同比扩大54.84%;每股基本亏损0.021元。
公告称，股东应占亏损上升主要因为通过让渡毛利促进消费以致毛利下跌及集团应占联营公司北人集团溢利按年下跌18.9%至约人民币1.12亿元，但受惠于融资成本下跌12.4%至人民币1.637亿元而抵销部分亏损。集团年内取得除税前经营亏损(未计及应占联营公司及一间合资企业溢利)为人民币8090万元，2024年则为人民币6180万元。
