消息面上，佳兆业健康近日发布公告，宣布以总价2160.37万元收购青海制药控股权，预计5月下旬完成全部交割。本次交易意味着集团正式切入准入门槛极高的麻醉及精神类药品制造领域，产业链布局进一步延伸，将成为推动公司估值体系重塑的重要变量。
公开资料显示，青海制药作为国家指定的麻精药品生产基地，拥有国内领先的麻醉药品及一类精神药品品种体系，牌照极为稀缺、准入门槛极高。公司产品覆盖原料药、麻精制剂和化学制剂三大板块，现有124款产品、156种规格，其中21款为独家品种，广泛应用于住院手术镇痛、重症急救等核心临床场景。
