国际能源署（IEA）署长法提赫·比罗尔表示，中东九个国家的逾40项能源资产因中东战争遭受了“严重或非常严重”的破坏，这可能会导致冲突结束后全球供应链继续中断。 

　　比罗尔周一在澳大利亚首都堪培拉的全国新闻俱乐部表示，这意味着油田、炼油厂和管道将需要一段时间才能恢复运转。

　　中东地区逾三周来的冲突颠覆了整条能源供应链，至关重要的霍尔木兹海峡几乎完全关闭，导致原油、天然气和成品油价格飙升。比罗尔表示，当前这轮供应中断的威力，相当于70年代两次重大石油危机再加上2022年俄罗斯入侵乌克兰引发的天然气危机的“总和”。

　　他说：“不仅是石油和天然气，还有全球经济的一些重要命脉 —— 如石化产品、化肥、硫磺、氦气 —— 的贸易都中断了，这将给全球经济造成严重后果。”

　　比罗尔表示，亚洲正处于这场危机的最前沿，因为它严重依赖中东地区的原油。
