金吾财讯 | 中金公司发研报指，2026年3月19日，日本公布了对美投资“第二弹”的具体内容，投资额约730亿美元，涵盖小型模块化反应堆电厂（最多400亿美元）与两大天然气发电项目（最多330亿美元）。目前第一弹与第二弹总计1090亿美元，包含在日本对美投资5500亿美元的大框架之内，原油基础设施、大型核机电组、先进面板工厂、铜冶炼设施、数据中心储电项目等为今后的潜在项目。除此之外，日本与美国还达成了稀土领域的相关合作，三菱材料正在探讨对美国的稀土项目进行出资，并就回收及精炼能力提升等事项开展协商。我们认为，相关项目对日股、日债在短期内的影响有限，但是可能会带来一定潜在的日元贬值压力。
