智通财经APP讯，嘉里建设(00683)发布截至2025年12月31日止年度业绩，该集团取得收入195.68亿港元，同比增加0.4%;股东应占溢利9.38亿港元，同比增加16%;每股盈利0.65港元，拟派发末期股息每股0.95港元。
本集团年度合约销售额达346.84亿港元(2024年：126.05亿港元)，主要受上海金陵华庭项目强劲预售表现带动。合并收入按年增长17%至250.15亿港元(2024年：213.61亿港元)，主要由于2025年发展物业销售确认增加28%所致，当中大部分来自香港项目，包括缇外、海盈山及朗天峰。惟增长部分被投资物业及酒店合并租赁收入下降3%所抵销，反映商业物业市场持续面临挑战。
