Ruichang International (HKG:1334) booked 5 million yuan in attributable profit for 2025, falling from 10.3 million yuan in 2024, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Friday.
Shares of the petroleum refinery and petrochemical equipment manufacturer fell over 4% in morning trade Monday.
Earnings per share was 0.01 yuan, compared with 0.0238 yuan in the prior year.
Revenue rose 13% year on year to around 502 million yuan, figures showed.
The company also declared a dividend of 0.04 yuan per share, payable July 31 to shareholders of record on July 10.
