ChainCatcher 消息，据 CoinDesk 报道，基金服务巨头 Apex 集团宣布，将在 Coinbase 旗下以太坊二层网络 Base 平台上代币化 Omnes Mining Note（OMN）。OMN 是一种由比特币算力支持的机构级结构性票据，面向专业非美国投资者，提供与新比特币生产直接挂钩的经济敞口，无需承担挖矿基础设施、硬件、能源及合规等运营负担。
每枚 OMN 对应固定 1 PH/s 算力，期限 36 个月，所有权通过 ERC-3643 标准在链上记录，未来或可作为许可借贷的抵押品使用。
